4PM Project Management provides business operations support in Fort Worth, Texas. You can reach us at info@project4manager.com.

What we collect

When you send a request through our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. If you share a resume or work history for resume services, we use it only to prepare your documents. If you attach photos to a request, they are stored privately and only used to understand and plan your job. We do not collect payment details on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and to follow up on the work you ask about. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored with our database provider, Supabase, which hosts data on secure servers. Only the site owner can read them. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address when a page loads.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits to see which pages are useful: each visit records the page viewed, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and a random visit number that is not tied to your name or IP address, and we do not use it to identify you. The private owner login stores a temporary sign-in token in your browser for that session only.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the work, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@project4manager.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
